What I enjoy most about my role is helping ambitious candidates achieve their goals. If a recruiter gives any other answer to this, then they are probably in the wrong profession!

Aside from this, I love being in a role that allows me to continuously increase my commercial awareness and have a bird’s eye view of the UK job market and economy. As somebody from background in Psychology I enjoy consultancy and helping to elevate people to reach their desired goals.
