Meet Ash…

What can you tell us about yourself?

My name is Ashley Bane – From Nottingham with 3.5 years’ experience within recruitment coming from sales and analytical backgrounds in my previous roles.

I am joining Phil Brindley’s team in Project Delivery to source and place IT transformation individuals across the East Midlands.

In my spare time I enjoy playing Badminton and Table Tennis as well as producing music within my home studio, eating out and spending time with my family and young daughter.

 Why did you choose Xpertise and why recruitment?

I really liked the way everybody came across when engaging with them and like the fact they we specialise within the IT sector. This is a sustainable industry and love the honesty which is installed throughout the recruitment journey with candidates and clients.

If you could travel to any place in the world, where would you go and why?

I have always wanted to go to the Caribbean, (not fussed where) just to live the culture and chill out in proper paradise!

Meet Jack…

What can you tell us about yourself?

My name is Jack Fearon, from Nottingham who recently graduated from Loughborough university with a first-class degree in ‘Retail, Marketing and Management’. My work experience was with ALDI carrying out the industrial placement scheme where I worked in various sectors of the business.

I am joining the software development team under the management of Jack Lawson, which I’m really excited about. In my spare time I am a big football fan and support Liverpool along with being a keen gym goer.

Why did you choose Xpertise and why recruitment?

I chose Xpertise recruitment, because of the down to earth nature of the team that quickly became apparent in the interview process. Being part of a smaller business that are passionately about doing things the right way is very important to me and its clear already that I have found the right place. I chose recruitment because I want to have complete control over my own success as well as having the opportunity to work with a range of different people.

Favourite Song or Film and why?

Favourite film is Django unchained, because I like the way Tarantino we-writes history with his films and it got so many great actors in it.
