Name and background
I am born and raised in Derby. I’m joining Xpertise Recruitment in the Operations Team as a Contracts Administrator. In my spare time, I like staying in to watch a good movie or going out to concerts.
Why did you choose Xpertise?
I chose to work for Xpertise because of the people orientated culture the company harbours, which was evident from the very first contact. I was drawn to the emphasis on fostering meaningful relationships and collaboration within the team, which resonated with my own values, making Xpertise an ideal fit for me.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, money being no object, where would you go and why?
I’ve always been interested in things all things futuristic, so I’d love to go to Japan, especially Tokyo!
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take and why?
1. Hammock

Name and background
My name is Will, I’m originally from Battle, East Sussex and moved to the big city last year. I am joining the Data, Analytics and AI permanent team. In my spare time I love to travel and explore with my friends and family, gym and supporting Arsenal.
Why did you choose Xpertise and why recruitment?
I chose Xpertise for their vision and values as they align with my own personal ones. I joined recruitment as I am relationship driven and take great pride in supporting people achieve their aspirations.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? (include a starter, main and dessert)
Camembert for starter, Chinese for main and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take and why?
Food and water so I can survive and a flare in case a boat comes over the horizon.
