Xpertise Recruitment has recently launched a brand new career site, dedicated in attracting talented and motivated individuals to join their team. Xpertise won ‘ Best Recruitment Company to work for Under 10M‘ last year at the Recruitment International awards, and have recently been named finalists for ‘ Best Specialist Recruitment Company’ in the Global Recruiter Awards 2018.
The new career site gives an insight into what you could get involved with and achieve if you join the team. The site explores what you can be doing inside and outside the office, such as quarterly incentive trips, clear career development paths, social meet ups and annual charity challenges.

Graduate placements are becoming more and more popular. Many universities give students the option of taking advantage of a year working in a specific industry as part of their degree. Although this may sound like another way of elongating the ‘ student life’, that’s far from the truth. Completing a graduate placement year can provide invaluable work experience, which will be well noted with future employers and help these individuals stand out from the crowd when applying for permanent job roles after graduation. It can also help in cementing future career paths, and sometimes even secure a permanent role at the end of it.
