Senior Project Manager - IT / Tech Change | FTSE 100 | West London | £700 - £780 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 Months | Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite per Week
We're partnering with a leading FTSE 100 organisation based in West London, currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology change initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering large-scale IT and business change programmes, working across a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You'll navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, working closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading complex technology / IT change programmes within a large enterprise environment
- Operating confidently in hybrid delivery models (Agile & Waterfall)
- Managing a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite and cross-functional teams
- Working with vendors and off-the-shelf software solutions
- Driving structure and direction in ambiguous, evolving programme environments
- Ensuring alignment across multiple business units in global or enterprise contexts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in enterprise-scale organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering IT and technology-driven change initiatives
- Background in industries such as Retail, Aviation, FMCG, or similar fast-paced sectors
- Experience working with third-party vendors and packaged solutions
- Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- PM certifications (achieved or in progress) are advantageous
Location & Working Model
- Based in West London
- Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Contract Details
- Day Rate: £700 - £780 per day
- Status: Inside IR35
- Duration: 6 months (likely extension)
