Contract Business Analyst – Lifecycle Management (Telecoms)
Location: 2 days per week on-site in London
Rate: £350 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Start: Immediate

A leading telecoms organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support their Lifecycle Management team on a high-impact change initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong telecoms sector experience, proven process mapping expertise, and the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple business areas.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement elicitation and collaborate with users to define needs.

• Identify and engage key stakeholders involved in change request processes.

• Create detailed low-level process maps across various business units.

• Document the full Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) process for each area.

• Assess business process impacts relating to the introduction of PAW (Process Automation Workflow).

• Present completed documentation and insights to senior management.

• Ensure all documentation is captured, refined, and receives formal business sign-off.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Telecoms (telco) industry experience is essential.

• Strong background in business process mapping and documentation (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).

• Previous involvement in JML or lifecycle management initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
