No stranger to a tech meetup, .Net recruitment specialist Suki Bains recently went along to Lean Agile Birmingham where Consultant, Agile Coach and Software Engineer John Le Drew was there to talk about safe environments.
Hosted at Delta Financial Systems HQ in Birmingham, the Meetup focused on how creating a safe environment at work is vital in helping build relationships, and encourage idea flow and positivity. John, who runs the consultancy Wise Noodles, led a really interesting interactive session with role play exercises looking at “What is safety? And why is it important anyway?”.
