Xpertise Recruitment Celebrates Gold from Investors in People
Xpertise Recruitment, specialists in sourcing digital and technology talent across the Midlands and London, has been awarded the Investors in People Gold accreditation this month. This standard is rarely achieved as a first-time assessment, and only 15% of organisations globally achieved this in 2018.
Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. As a company, continuous improvement is at the heart of everything Xpertise Recruitment do, and they hope the Investors in People assessment report will help the business to continue to strengthen and grow, so that it ultimately has a positive impact for everyone.
The Investors in People Report stated: ‘Xpertise clearly is a people driven business, led by strong embedded values, behaviours and culture. The level of engagement from the staff with 100% completion for the online assessment, and the passion identified at interview by all staff for the training, progression and opportunities open to them, provides a solid platform for the future.”
Tracy Duggan, Director, Skills Local, explained why Xpertise Recruitment achieved Gold “Xpertise develops people in line with the business objectives which ensures future capabilities support ambition. There’s clear and progressive career structure, supporting the business to attract and retain a talented workforce. It’s an exciting time to be at the company which has clear plans for growth. This is guided by the vision of being famous in their chosen markets which has supported well deserved final outcome of Gold standard.”
Richard Harrison, Founder and MD at Xpertise Recruitment explains how important receiving Gold accreditation has been for the company and people “I am very proud and humbled that the IIP would certify Xpertise as a gold standard employer. One of our main missions is to create a great place to work so we undertook IIP certification to benchmark the level of employee engagement along with people development, support and training and look for ways to improve. The gold standard is recognition that we do a lot of great things for our people already but also that there is still more we can do. This is a fantastic achievement for the team and I look forward to what the future holds”
