Our ED&I mission

Three People

We’re on a mission to bring together industries and organisations to drive greater inclusion and diversity in technology roles.

By leveraging our reputation and foothold within the technology recruitment sector, our aim is to disrupt an entire industry and cause lasting change, ensuring equal opportunities for all.

What we're doing to support the underrepresented:

  • Advertising

    Our priority is to improve our techniques to attract diverse applicants. We strive to use inclusive language in our job specifications and diverse platforms to advertise.

  • Client Best Practice

    We work closely with our clients to share others success stories in the hope we can help replicate that success. Whether that’s your interview process, working culture or even the softer benefits on offer.

  • Screening & Shortlisting Process

    We continue to adapt internal processes that support diverse recruiting like monitoring diversity across applications, shortlisting a range of diverse candidates and sending blind CVs.

  • Training & Education

    We stay educated on diversity & inclusion topics and provide ongoing training to our staff and clients. Topics range from unconscious bias training to diversity hiring best practice, using inclusive language plus more.

  • Database Monitoring

    We aim to transform and continually monitor diverse groups on our database; this enables a wide and diverse out-reach when advertising. We endeavor to provide diversity data and insights on our clients roles.

  • Community Events

    We host 15 meetups enabling us to be at the forefront of the tech community. We also run the Diversity in London group and sponsor targeted diverse events such as Women in Tech. This presence helps us attract candidates within in those groups.

We’re lucky enough to deliver candidates to some of the largest and most influencial companies in the World. By working closely with each of them, we’re able to provide a completely bespoke offering, ensuring every pool of nominated candidates are carefully monitored and represent all minority groups, including: GEN, BAME, BUDDY and LGBT+.
