  • Candidate attraction given  the aviation industry had been hit hard by the pandemic.
  • Operated a traditional 5-day week in the office.

  • Conducted more than 100 briefing calls and weekly updates over a 6 month period. Worked with their CIO & CPO to develop their Employee Value Proposition, a clear hybrid working policy, and a “work for us” pack.
