I’m Vice President at Xpertise Recruitment, specialising in Data Engineering, Data Science and AI recruitment across the US, with a particular focus on Atlanta and the wider Southeast.

I partner with businesses of all sizes, from ambitious startups and scaling technology companies through to established enterprises, helping them attract and retain exceptional Data & AI talent.

My focus spans Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI and Data & Analytics leadership. I work closely with hiring leaders to understand their technical challenges, provide insight into the talent market, and connect them with people who can make a genuine impact on their business.

Beyond recruitment, I'm passionate about building relationships across the Data & AI community, bringing senior leaders together through industry events and roundtables to share ideas, challenges and experiences.

Favourite part of my job:

Building genuine, long-term relationships with people. Whether that's helping a business make a critical hire, supporting someone through an exciting career move, or connecting leaders across the industry, I really enjoy the people side of what I do.
