Job role
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering high-quality software products. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features.
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.#
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- A passion for innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
