Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Mainly remote | London-based office | Quarterly onsite meetings or tech events

We’re a much-loved fashion and retail brand with an ambitious tech vision—modernising our platforms with microservices, adopting DevOps, and keeping quality at the core of everything we do. We're now hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our high-performing engineering team and help shape scalable, high-quality digital products.

What you’ll do:
As an SDET, you’ll work within a cross-functional agile team to drive an automation-first approach to testing. You’ll build scalable test frameworks, lead on best practices, and continuously improve how we deliver value. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor others, help shape testing strategy, and work on modern architecture.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong coding skills in Golang (preferred), Python, Java, or JavaScript
✅ If you don’t have Golang experience, you must be willing to learn
✅ Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or frameworks like RestAssured
✅ Experience testing microservices architectures
✅ Proven knowledge and use of Jenkins for CI/CD
✅ Cloud experience – AWS preferred, but GCP or Azure also welcome
✅ A curious mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and a willingness to continuously learn

Bonus points for:

• Docker, containers, and Infrastructure-as-Code experience

• Performance or security testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, ZAP, or Nessus
