Test Manager – Salesforce, CRM, ERP, Cloud
Xpertise are looking for a Test Manager (Salesforce, CRM, ERP, Cloud, Transformation) for a programme of work starting in April 2026.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex IT programmes.
- Strong background delivering testing for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or bespoke modules).
- Broad experience across general IT delivery – integrations, CRM, ERP, cloud, digital, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
- Experience leading test execution across System Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Non‑Functional Testing.
- Excellent understanding of test governance, best practice and quality assurance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid environments.
- A good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
