Over 22 years' IT Recruitment and Consultancy sales experience, working for SME and global organisations. I have won multiple awards for individual sales performance and for building high-performing teams in all of the businesses I have worked in.

I have a very strong working background across most IT Markets with a real passion for Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Business Change/Transformation, CRM, and ERP, gaining experience from working for some of the fastest growing Consultancies and Recruitment Agencies in the UK and Europe.

I have an enviable network of candidates and clients across Europe, focusing on helping others at every stage of the recruitment process.

Proven experience winning, managing and building large IT teams for global organisations and large-scale Business Change/Technology Change Programmes across Central Government, Consultancy, eCommerce, Financial and Higher Education environments.

I live, breathe, and dream recruitment with a real focus on ethics, values, being honest always, remaining true to myself and other people. Relationship led and building true value within my network. My passion for recruitment, mainly helping others, gets me jumping out of bed in the morning and I love everything about the job.

Outside of recruitment you’ll find me juggling! I am the comedy Dad of four children under the age of 7 years (7, 5, 3 and 6 months) constantly keeping them entertained whilst walking my blue staff Gladys, feeding weeds to my tortoise Ethel and trying to keep the wife happy!

I’m not your stereotypical recruiter/Father so when I have that spare five minutes, you’ll find me in the swimming pool, on a tennis court (well once I have recovered from wrist surgery), in the tattoo studio, eating a Phaal or lay on the sofa watching my beloved Man United lose.
