On Target Earnings:

• Year 1: £30k - £40k
• Year 2: £40k - £50k
• Year 3: £50k - £80k+

What you'll be doing:

•  You'll engage with our candidate network daily, offering career and market advice, and supporting them in their search for new roles
• After deepening your industry expertise, you will win and grow business with new and existing clients, through building relationships, researching the market, calling businesses, referrals, and gaining a clear understanding what hiring managers need to help them solve their hiring problems.
• You will work across the full lifecycle of recruitment, winning your own clients writing your own adverts, sourcing candidates arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, offer management and onboarding
• Build and nurture deep specialist talent pools in your chosen tech vertical
• You will work hard to become a known voice in your market through events, networking and online presence
• You will the full recruitment lifecycle and make a genuine impact on careers and businesses

• Previous experience in sales or business development
• Ambitious, competitive and hard working
• Coachable with GRIT and drive
