We're seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer / Jira Admin to drive DevSecOps strategy within a major health insurance organisation. You'll lead CI/CD pipeline design, GitHub Enterprise integrations, and Jira workflow optimisation to enable secure, efficient, and scalable software delivery.
Key responsibilities include defining and documenting DevSecOps controls and playbooks, managing proofs of concept for CI/CD and workflow tools, and introducing compliance dashboards using Power BI and ServiceNow. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling weekly production releases and ensuring alignment with organisational and security standards.
