Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join a major public sector programme. This is a contract role requiring SC Clearance and offers the opportunity to lead strategic architecture across business, technology, and data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Lead delivery of cross-cutting capabilities enabling organisational change
• Consult across business units to ensure alignment with architectural principles
• Guide decisions on reuse, scalability, and sustainability to reduce risk and deliver value
• Establish architectural governance, standards, and policies
• Horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex organisations
• Strong leadership and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions and manage risk
• Certifications: TOGAF or ISEB, plus ITIL / IT4IT / COBIT
• Commercial awareness and supplier evaluation experience

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility required
