Job role
IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | Senior Product Manager | Initial till end of 26 then extension likely | £600+ per day | Inside IR35 | West London (3 days on site p/w)
Supporting a major transformation programme and looking for a senior, hands-on Product Manager to drive change and own delivery end-to-end while managing a team of 2 Product Analysts.
Key Requirements:
¬ Strong experience as a Product Manager within large-scale transformation environments
¬ Proven ability to drive outcomes with pace, urgency, and real impact (not just stakeholder management)
¬ Experience owning product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery end-to-end
¬ Comfortable getting into the detail - hands-on with data, delivery, and problem-solving
Nice to Have:
¬ Background in Management Consultancy (MBB preferred)
¬ Experience navigating complex corporate environments while remaining delivery-focused
¬ Exposure to operationally complex products (e.g. supply chain, engineering, manufacturing)
