I’m Senior Vice President at Xpertise Recruitment, responsible for building and growing our US business.
I work with technology businesses across the US to help them build, scale and strengthen specialist teams across Applied AI, Forward Deployed Engineering, Data Engineering & Platforms, Product & Engineering, and Data Centers / Digital Infrastructure.
Our approach is built around the problem the client is trying to solve. That may mean finding one critical hire, building out an entire function, providing contract resource for a period of high demand, or supporting a defined project through staff augmentation or managed delivery.
