Location: Outside IR35 | Fully Remote
Rate: Up to £500/day
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in cyber defence and operations to join a dynamic programme within the telecoms sector. This is a fully remote, outside IR35 role with an immediate start, offering long-term contract potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and support for cyber defence and operational initiatives.

Drive cloud migration strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Analyse, integrate, and optimise SaaS tools across the business.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and impact analysis to inform architectural decisions.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
Champion cybersecurity best practices and frameworks across the organisation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Technical Architecture: Proven experience in designing and delivering technical architecture within cyber defence/operations contexts.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud migration and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- SaaS Tools: Familiarity with the selection, integration, and optimisation of SaaS platforms in a large-scale environment.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of security frameworks, threat modelling, and cyber risk mitigation.
- Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in requirement analysis and solution design.
- Stakeholder Communication: Able to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, CISM) highly desirable.
