QA Automation Engineer – Help Build the Future of FinTech in Lisbon!

A Nordic FinTech client, an Equity/Share Management platform, is on a mission to become the leading shares management business in the world—and they are establishing a brand-new Lisbon Tech Hub to make it happen! As part of this exciting expansion, they are assembling an initial team of three Engineers and one QA to drive innovation forward.

The Role: As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing automated tests within their Incentives Platform, ensuring high-quality solutions and increasing test coverage at all levels. Your work will embed automated test cycles into development and delivery pipelines to provide early feedback on quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation tests

• Reduce regression testing times with automated testing strategies

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD delivery pipelines

• Continuously improve testing practices

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools & frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)

• Experience with CI/CD tools & processes (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)

Compensation: €33,000 – €44,000 Location: Lisbon | Flexible working options
