Front End Software Engineer (React) – West Midlands (Hybrid)
£50,000–£60,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
A fast-growing technology business is hiring a Front End Software Engineer to help build and scale modern customer-facing platforms and internal systems.
This is a high-performance, fast-paced environment suited to engineers who enjoy ownership, continuous improvement, and solving complex problems.
The Role
- Build scalable applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Develop clean, maintainable front-end solutions with API integrations
- Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
- Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience with React.js
- Strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS skills
- Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiar with tools like Postman / Swagger
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
C#, Laravel, or experience in high-growth/SME environments
