Job role
ServiceNow Developer
Are you a ServiceNow Developer looking for an opportunity to build rather than maintain? We're looking for a technically strong developer to help shape and expand a growing ServiceNow platform, delivering new functionality and influencing the future direction of the environment.
You'll be joining an organisation investing heavily in ServiceNow, with a platform that is still being rolled out. This is a rare opportunity to work in a largely greenfield environment with minimal technical debt, where you'll have genuine input into the roadmap and future platform capabilities.
Why join
- Greenfield ServiceNow environment with significant growth plans.
- Opportunity to build new solutions rather than maintain legacy systems.
- Influence the ServiceNow roadmap and future module rollouts.
- Exposure to HR, Finance and wider business functions, not just IT.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and related modules.
- Build workflows, automations, integrations and custom applications.
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
- Support platform administration, upgrades, releases and governance activities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to best practice.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow Development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Comfortable taking ownership of both development and some administration activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable experience
- HRSD implementation or support experience.
- Greenfield ServiceNow deployment experience.
- Experience rolling out new ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
