An excellent opportunity to join a retail insurance business backed by a globally recognised brand, currently driving ambitious digital transformation across their platforms and services. This role is perfect for a junior to mid-level Solutions Engineer looking to deepen their full-stack expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop secure, scalable software using .NET Core and React

   

• Collaborate with delivery squads and stakeholders to deliver impactful features

   

• Contribute to clean, maintainable code and secure development standards

   

• Gain hands-on exposure to cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation

   

• Play an active role in team-based agile delivery and continuous improvement

   

What They're Looking For:

• Commercial experience with both C# .NET Core and React JS

   

• Familiarity with containerisation and cloud tech (e.g., Docker, Azure, AWS)

   

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Octopus, GitLab, or TeamCity

   

• A solid grasp of clean code practices and Agile methodologies

   

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in your role
