Contract Applications Support Manager - Microsoft Suite & AWS-Based Applications
West London | FTSE100 Travel Client | Inside IR35 | Rate: Negotiable
We're partnering with a leading FTSE100 company in the Travel sector, based in West London, and currently on the lookout for an experienced Contract Applications Support Manager to join their dynamic technology team.
This role is pivotal in supporting a mix of off-the-shelf Microsoft technologies and custom-built applications hosted on AWS, during an exciting period of transformation and modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support for a broad range of off-the-shelf applications including the Microsoft suite (D365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps).
- Provide oversight for internally developed systems being gradually replaced by commercial solutions.
- Triage and escalate incidents and change requests, ensuring they reach the appropriate third-level support or development teams.
- Ensure seamless application performance and reliability across a hybrid tech landscape.
Skills & Experience Required:
Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies: Windows 7/10, Office 2013/2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Kanban), Linux/Unix systems, and desktop/laptop hardware support.
Technically versatile, with the ability to quickly grasp legacy systems and new technologies.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to create a positive, collaborative support environment.
