Head of Global Operations | London (Hybrid) | £85–100k + Car + Bonus
We are working with a leading international organisation to appoint a Head of Global Operations – a critical role focused on driving operational rigour and facilities excellence across a global business.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in both facilities management and hands-on operational execution, who is ready to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to a growing, complex environment.
The brief:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of corporate office environments across multiple regions, while also driving consistency in how operational processes and governance are managed globally. This includes ensuring the business has visibility, ownership, and control over critical activities such as lease and vendor management, contract renewals, and operational risk.
Key responsibilities:

Manage facilities and office operations, including health and safety, leasehold properties, vendor contracts, and outsourced services.

Lead office refurbishments and fit-out projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Establish and implement a global operational framework – ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent processes, and measurable performance across all offices.

Drive a centralised approach to operational oversight – bringing structure to how key processes (e.g. new systems, supplier reviews, contracts) are tracked, governed, and executed.

Work closely with senior leadership to support the execution of operational strategy and manage cross-functional delivery.
What we're looking for:

8+ years’ experience in senior operations or facilities management roles, ideally within a professional services or regulated environment.

Demonstrable experience leading day-to-day operational delivery in a multi-office, international context.

Strong project management capability – with experience delivering office fit-outs, relocations or refurbishments.

Proven ability to bring structure and discipline to operational functions – introducing tracking, governance, and accountability frameworks.

Comfortable working autonomously and able to influence across all levels of a business.
The package:

Base salary: £85,000–£100,000

Car allowance + bonus
-
London-based, hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)

Occasional international travel required
