IMMEDIATE | PROJECT MANAGER | 12 Month (FTC) | Up to £60,000 per annum | Mainly remote with one day per month on-site (South-West)
A hands-on Project Manager is needed to take full ownership of delivery across a small technology team. The focus is on improving planning, execution, pace, and overall delivery standards.
Key Focus Areas:
¬ End-to-end delivery ownership from planning through to release.
¬ Driving day-to-day progress, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum.
¬ Introducing stronger structure, discipline, and delivery processes.
¬ Proactive risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder/vendor coordination.
Requirements:
¬ Strong understanding of how technology teams operate.
¬ Proven experience improving delivery standards and accountability.
¬ Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable challenging teams when needed.
¬ Able to balance hands-on delivery management with forward planning.
Nice to Have:
¬ Background in delivery management, project/programme management, or technical PM roles.
¬ Familiarity with GitHub and modern development workflows.
¬ Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
