Project Manager

Location: Berkshire or London | Hybrid Working | Day Rate: £600 - £700 per day (Outside IR35)

We're supporting a leading UK technology organisation as they continue to invest heavily in business and technology transformation. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across internal technology, business operations and digital change programmes.

This is an opportunity to join a growing transformation function, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success measures
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technology teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and project reviews
• Track delivery progress and communicate project status to senior stakeholders
• Support business readiness, implementation and successful adoption of change

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering projects within technology-led or transformation environments
• Strong project planning, governance and delivery management skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced environments
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Track record of delivering projects that achieve measurable business outcomes

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering internal technology or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience working within large, complex organisations
• Relevant Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile qualifications
