IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | DELIVERY LEAD / TECHNICAL SCRUM MASTER | 6+ MONTHS | €750-950 | Europe Remote (Offices in Amsterdam, Warsaw, Paris or Barcelona) 

European locations available with hybrid working (1-2 days per quarter on site)

An opportunity to join a high-profile digital marketplace programme that has recently entered delivery and requires an experienced Delivery Lead to unblock progress and drive momentum across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

You'll lead agile delivery within a complex technical environment, helping teams overcome challenges, improve flow, and deliver business outcomes at pace. Based on client notes and Role Description - Delivery Lead.

Key Requirements:

¬ 8+ years' experience leading agile software delivery across complex product and engineering environments

 ¬ Strong technical background with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful technical discussions with engineers

 ¬ Proven experience removing delivery blockers, managing stakeholders, and aligning Product, Technology, and Business teams around outcomes

 ¬ Strong Agile, Scrum, and servant leadership experience, driving sustainable delivery and continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

¬ Experience working alongside AI Engineers or delivering AI-enabled products and services

 ¬ Consultancy experience within large-scale transformation programmes

 ¬ Experience leading distributed or multi-supplier delivery teams across international environments
