Delivery Manager (Dynamics 365 & CRM)

Salary: £65,000 Pro Rata | 6 Month FTC

The Role

We're partnering with a well-known charity undergoing a significant Microsoft technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support the final stages of a critical programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving delivery, supporting a technical team, and ensuring the successful adoption of Microsoft-based solutions. Whilst experience with Dynamics 365 is highly desirable, we're equally interested in candidates with a strong CRM background who can lead teams, manage stakeholders, and keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a technical delivery team through a critical project phase
• Drive the delivery of Dynamics 365 and wider CRM initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams
• Support Azure-based solutions and integrations
• Identify and remove delivery blockers to improve team performance
• Manage programme risks, dependencies and priorities
• Ensure successful implementation, adoption and transition into BAU
• Provide leadership and structure within a complex stakeholder environment

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or Technology Delivery Lead
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Experience delivering CRM or Dynamics 365 programmes
• Understanding of Azure and Microsoft technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment and providing delivery assurance

Desirable

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience within charities, membership organisations, housing associations, higher education or similarly stakeholder-rich environments
• Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI or Microsoft ecosystem technologies

Ideal Background: Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, CRM Manager, Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager or Technology Delivery Lead with experience leading Microsoft-focused transformation programmes.
