Senior Consultant (AI) | £60,000-80,000 p/a | Permanent | London Based | 2-3 days on site
Join a global consulting firm on a major public sector transformation programme focused on practical AI adoption and service innovation. This role will help organisations identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled improvements across operations, processes and citizen-facing services.
Key Requirements:
¬ Experience delivering AI, digital or technology transformation within government, healthcare or wider public sector environments
¬ Ability to identify AI use cases, assess value and feasibility, and support adoption at scale
¬ Strong stakeholder engagement skills, facilitating workshops and translating complex concepts into practical outcomes
¬ Experience producing high-quality deliverables including roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks and transformation plans
Nice to Have:
¬ Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude
¬ Knowledge of AI governance, risk, information security and responsible AI practices
¬ Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
