Product Manager
West London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) | £110,000-£120,000 + Bonus + Pension + Travel Benefits
Contract Rate: £800 - £1000 per day (Inside IR35)
We're supporting a FTSE 100 organisation undergoing a major operational and technology transformation and are looking to hire a number of Product Managers over the coming months.
This is a hands-on Product Management role focused on business transformation, prioritisation and delivery. We're looking for individuals who can combine Product Management, Business Analysis and stakeholder management capability to identify the opportunities that genuinely create value for the business.
Success in this role is not about saying yes to every request. It's about understanding business problems, challenging assumptions, prioritising effectively and ensuring investment is focused on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest commercial and operational impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for a defined business area
- Evaluate competing requests and identify which initiatives will deliver the greatest value
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities and requirements
- Translate strategic objectives into product plans and deliverable outcomes
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and challenge stakeholders when required
- Use data, commercial insight and customer impact to drive prioritisation decisions
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes
Requirements
- Must come from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Management consultancy experience
- Product Management experience within a digital, technology or transformation environment
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering capability
- Experience delivering transformation, implementation or business change initiatives
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery involvement
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Desirable Experience
- Experience within management consulting environments
- Aviation, travel, logistics or transportation industry experience
- Experience in operationally complex organisations
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
