Business Analyst

Location: Berkshire or London | Hybrid Working | Day Rate: £500 - £550 per day (Outside IR35)

We're supporting a leading UK technology organisation as they continue to invest heavily in business and technology transformation. We're looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes and delivering meaningful change across a complex enterprise environment.

This is an opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams, helping define requirements, solve complex challenges and ensure strategic initiatives deliver genuine business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across complex business and technology initiatives
• Elicit, analyse and manage requirements from discovery through to delivery
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive clarity and alignment
• Analyse current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution approaches
• Ensure requirements remain aligned to business objectives and strategic outcomes
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts
• Support implementation, testing, business readiness and successful adoption

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex organisational environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working across both business and technology teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting digital, operational or technology transformation programmes
• Exposure to finance-related projects or finance stakeholder groups
• Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience
• BCS Business Analysis certification or equivalent
