Delivery Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits.

Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite).

Type: Permanent.

You'll be joining the Technology & Transformation team and lead the delivery of a multi stream transformation programme across processes, people, technology and data.

You'll manage complex projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive impactful change.

What we're looking for:

• Able to demonstrable Agile expertise and can clearly evidence successful Agile delivery. Agile ways of working are core to the business model, so practical experience is essential.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment is a essential. 
• Proven experience delivering transformative projects across tech, data and organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall (SAFe experience is a plus).
• Skilled at managing multiple suppliers and streams of work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders up to board level.
• Self starter who thrives in fast paced environments
