Product Specialist
Pay: £30,000–£40,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Product Specialist to join a growing internal technology team, supporting the rollout, adoption and ongoing improvement of key digital tools across the organisation. This role focuses on helping teams work more efficiently, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring our platforms are used to their full potential.
The position involves working closely with product stakeholders, technology teams and end users to understand needs, support configuration and guide the delivery of new features or enhancements. You'll help embed best practice, provide hands on support and act as a subject matter expert for the platforms you manage.
What you'll do:
- Support delivery and enhancement of core digital products.
- Work with product and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions and support releases.
- Provide training, guidance and troubleshooting to users.
- Identify opportunities to improve how tools are used and introduce new ideas.
- Ensure updates, integrations and changes are tested and rolled out smoothly.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience working in the legal sector (must).
- Experience with digital platforms or workflow tools (specific systems not essential).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical detail for non technical users.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Analytical problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java is a bonus but not required.
