Change Manager | 6 Months | Up to £595 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (London/Thames Valley)
New contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to support a major Dynamics 365 Transformation Programme. This role is critical in driving organisational readiness, managing change impacts, and ensuring successful adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end?to?end change management activities across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct change impact assessments and shape targeted interventions.
- Develop and deliver communication plans and high?quality content for enterprise audiences.
- Coordinate readiness activities, track adoption progress, and support go?live preparation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering change within large?scale, digitally enabled transformations.
- Strong expertise in impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.
- Excellent communication and planning skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Ideally, experience supporting CRM/ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
