Engineering Manager - (Hands off, people leader) - £85,000 - onsite 1x per week

A new opportunity for an Engineering Manager focused on people, coaching and enabling team performance within a fast-growing SaaS business.

This is not a typical role where you're driving product or technical decisions. Instead, the focus is on developing individuals and creating the conditions for strong, healthy and effective engineering teams.

• Proven line management experience across multiple teams

• Involvement in hiring and onboarding processes
• Ability to build trust and maintain psychological safety within teams
• Comfortable aligning people to strategy without being directly responsible for product or architecture decisions
