Job role

Full-Stack Developer | Azure, C#/.NET, React | £90k + 50% Bonus | UK Remote or Hybrid (Central London)

A fast-paced, product-led start-up in the private markets and investment space is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build scalable tools that empower smarter decision-making for institutional investors. Their platform ingests and transforms complex datasets into actionable insights—so engineering here is about clarity, speed, and impact.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities: You’ll work across the full stack, contributing to architecture, development, and deployment:

  • Back-end: C#/.NET hosted on Azure

  • Front-end: React and TypeScript

  • CI/CD: Experience with pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB

  • Bonus: Python (for scripting, automation, or data integration)

You’ll be expected to:

  • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product leads

  • Contribute ideas that improve performance, scalability, and user experience

  • Help shape engineering practices and bring in new tools or approaches

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience across the stack

  • Experience working for a company in the financial services or investment space
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development and CI/CD workflows

  • Proactive, efficient, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

  • Collaborative mindset with a bias for ownership and delivery

  • Appreciation for start-up dynamics—pace, ambiguity, and impact

  • Not afraid to challenge assumptions or introduce new ideas

Compensation & Flexibility:

  • Up to £90k base salary

  • Up to 50% annual bonus

  • Generous benefits package

  • Remote-first (UK-based) or hybrid from Central London

This is a high-trust, high-impact environment where your voice matters and your work directly shapes the product. If you’re ready to build, iterate, and grow with a team that values autonomy and innovation—this could be your next move.
