We’re looking for a Head of Delivery Capability & Change (CoS / SAFe / Portfolio) for our FTSE100 client in West London and wondered if you’d be open to a chat? If so, I’ve provided more details below:
Package & Location
- Salary: Upto £125k +30% bonus +bens (that could save circa £10k - £15k a year) + pension / healthcare etc
- Location: W London (Circa 2-3 days per week onsite)
Role Overview:
The role sits at portfolio and enterprise level, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and providing Chief-of-Staff style support to the Director of Customer & Commercial (c.1,500 people). It has a strong focus on portfolio alignment, dependency management, strategic change and large-scale Agile delivery (SAFe).
This programme is focused on their Customer & Commercial (Digital / Online) offering and is one of their core strategic TOMs.
- Own cross-team and cross-programme dependency management across multiple product areas
- Act as a trusted advisor / Chief-of-Staff style partner to senior leadership
- Lead enterprise delivery cadence including Portfolio PI Planning, Big Room Planning and governance forums
- Drive delivery governance, insight-led reporting and portfolio performance dashboards
- Lead domain-level change and Agile maturity embedding continuous improvement
- Align business priorities with Digital capability to maximise value and flow
- Mentor and set the standard for RTEs and delivery leaders
Experience sought
- Senior leadership experience within SAFe environments
- Proven delivery across multiple ARTs or large-scale enterprise transformations
- Strong portfolio, dependency and value-stream management capability
- Facilitation and stakeholder influence at executive level
- Built governance, metrics, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Track record of developing Agile leaders and driving organisational effectiveness
