Solution Train Engineer 

We're currently supporting a FTSE100 client in West London who are looking for a hybrid Solution Train Engineer / Chief of Staff (Portfolio / Agile Transformation / Operational Excellence / Strategic) and wondered if you'd be open to a chat? If so, please find the details below:

Package & Location

• Salary: £115k - £125k + Up to 30% bonus + benefits (that could save circa £10k - £15k a year) + pension / healthcare etc
• Location: West London - circa 2 days per week onsite. Potentially more from time to time

Role Overview

• Portfolio-level delivery alignment
• Cross-product coordination (ensuring dependencies and plans align across teams)
• Agile transformation and maturity (SAFe)
• Organisational excellence and change delivery
• Chief-of-Staff style support for the Director of Customer & Commercial (c.1,500 people)
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
• Lead and facilitate enterprise-level events including PI Planning, Solution Demos and Portfolio-level ceremonies
• Support strategic initiatives, OKRs, engagement and communications at SL 

Experience Required

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing multiple ARTs and/or delivering large-scale Agile transformations
• Strong knowledge of SAFe principles and practices
• Excellent facilitation skills at enterprise level
• Demonstrated success in optimising value streams and improving portfolio flow
• Strong analytical capability, including defining and managing metrics and KPIs
• Experience mentoring and developing Agile leaders
• Strong people and organisational skills
• Worked in enterprise transformational environments
