Account Manager – IT & Technology Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, developing trusted relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

• Identify and win new business across a range of technology and managed service offerings.

• Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

• Achieve sales targets through a mix of account growth, cross-sell and new client acquisition.

• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting activity within CRM systems.

Experience / What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive within an IT reseller, MSP, or wider technology .

• Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, or cloud-based technologies.

• A consultative approach to sales with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to align customer goals with business solutions.

• Energy, ambition, and the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
