Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, developing trusted relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

Identify and win new business across a range of technology and managed service offerings.

Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Achieve sales targets through a mix of account growth, cross-sell and new client acquisition.

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting activity within CRM systems.
Experience / What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive within an IT reseller, MSP, or wider technology .

Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, or cloud-based technologies.

A consultative approach to sales with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Commercial awareness and the ability to align customer goals with business solutions.
