Location: Hybrid
Starting salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits
Overview
A growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation is looking for a Digital Workplace Lead to help build and support a modern Microsoft 365 collaboration environment across the business.
You’ll play a key role in improving how employees communicate, collaborate, and access information using technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, and the Power Platform.
This role would suit someone with strong Microsoft 365 experience who wants greater ownership and the opportunity to help shape a modern digital workplace environment.
Responsibilities
• Support the development and optimisation of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online intranet and collaboration sites
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams environments and governance
• Develop workflows and automation using the Power Platform
• Support collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Help establish standards and best practices across Microsoft 365 services
• Work with stakeholders across the business to improve the employee digital experience
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI capabilities
Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience supporting collaboration or digital workplace platforms
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and best practices
• Experience with Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate or Power Apps
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across both technical delivery and user-focused initiatives
Desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Viva, SPFx, or Microsoft Graph
• Exposure to AI-enabled workplace technologies or Microsoft Copilot
• Microsoft certifications
• Experience working across multi-site or multi-company environments
