Senior DevOps Engineer

AWS | Kubernetes | Python | Terraform | Snowflake

£600 per day (Outside IR35) | London (2 Days Per Week Onsite) | Multiple Opportunities Available

A leading consultancy is looking to hire multiple Senior DevOps Engineers to support a growing portfolio of enterprise cloud, platform and data transformation programmes.

This role is suited to highly experienced DevOps professionals who can operate within complex enterprise environments and deliver immediate value on large-scale cloud initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' commercial technology experience. Applications from candidates with less than 10 years' experience will not be considered.

• Snowflake exposure (essential)
• Containerisation and cloud-native technologies
• Automation and platform engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Deploy and support containerised applications within Kubernetes environments
• Automate operational processes using Python
• Collaborate with engineering, platform and data teams to improve reliability, scalability and performance
• Support enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernisation initiatives

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of commercial technology experience (essential)
• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or SRE
• Strong experience delivering within large-scale enterprise environments
• Consultancy or client-facing experience highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering teams

Contract Details

• Rate: Circa £600 per day
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Location: London
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week
• Duration: Long-term programme of work
• Start Date: ASAP
