Sitecore Developer – London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + 20% performance bonus + 10% pension + extensive benefits Location: London – 3 days per week in the office Contract: Permanent

They are building a new Product Experience (PX) Practice to transform how customers engage digitally. They’re looking for a Sitecore Developer to join the team and help shape the future of their digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Convert UX designs into UI components, workflows, and interfaces using React/Next.js and Sitecore SXA.

• Build reusable component libraries in Sitecore SXA, React, and Next.js.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business analysts to deliver user‑centred solutions.

• Advocate for best practices in frontend development and contribute to UX standards.

• Work with platforms such as Sitecore XMC and support colleagues in upskilling on React and Sitecore.

What They’re Looking For

• Sitecore Certification (essential).

• Strong hands‑on experience with Sitecore XMC.

• Solid C# development skills.

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Next.js.

• Experience with frontend build/deployment pipelines (Gulp, NPM, Webpack, etc.).

• GitHub operational knowledge.

• Proven ability to build applications from scratch and follow brand guidelines.

• Deep understanding of user‑centred design, accessibility, and responsive design.
