Job role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a high‑performing, well‑invested data team that’s just had a standout year. This role is perfect for someone who wants to stay hands‑on while mentoring junior engineers and growing toward future leadership.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and optimising modern data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT and Azure
- Uplifting engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, data quality, documentation)
- Supporting and coaching junior engineers/analysts
- Working closely with stakeholders and influencing technical direction
- Helping scale a modern cloud data platform
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with Snowflake, DBT, SQL & Python
- Solid background with Azure Data Services
- Confident communicator with the presence to “hold a room”
- Experience mentoring others, and an ambition to move into leadership
- Calm, steady, commercially minded engineer
