IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | Test Manager | 12 Months | €500-€600 p/d (Umbrella) | Contract | Hybrid / Dublin

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the full testing strategy for a major technology and contact centre migration programme.

This role focuses on test leadership, governance and quality assurance across multiple workstreams, not hands?on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end?to?end test strategy, including planning, dependencies, reporting and assurance
• Lead testing across a multi?platform solution migration covering Contact Centre, WAN, LAN, Unified Communications and monitoring services
• Manage migration and data?migration testing when moving from one solution or platform to another
• Oversee and coordinate testing activity delivered by internal teams and external suppliers

Key Experience:

• Background as a Test Manager, QA Manager or Senior Test Lead within large, complex environments
• Strong experience with Contact Centre / CCaaS, WAN, LAN, Unified Communications, VMware and infrastructure testing
• Proven delivery of solution migration and data?migration test programmes
• Solid understanding of OAT, operational readiness and go?live assurance
• Confident stakeholder manager able to drive quality across multiple teams and vendors
