Manual Testers – SharePoint Online Migration (Intranet)

Role Overview
We are looking for 2–3 experienced Manual Testers to support a large-scale intranet migration to SharePoint Online. This is a focused, short-term engagement involving the validation of approximately 1,000–1,500 migrated pages, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience are maintained post-migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing across migrated intranet pages within SharePoint Online
- Validate content accuracy, formatting, links, and document integrity
- Perform functional and usability testing across a high volume of pages
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Work closely with migration and delivery teams to ensure testing coverage
- Support UAT activities and provide clear reporting on progress and quality
- Ensure consistency and quality standards are applied across all tested pages
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in manual testing within web or intranet environments
- Strong familiarity with SharePoint Online (essential)
- Experience testing content migrations or CMS/platform migrations preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with high-volume content validation
- Strong defect management and reporting skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a short-term, deadline-driven engagement
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
