Are you passionate about turning manual processes into smart, automated workflows? Want to make a real impact in a fast‑growing start‑up? This could be the role for you.
Our client is a dynamic, mission‑driven financial services scale-up on a journey to transform how customers experience the mortgage world.
Recognised as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the UK, this organisation is scaling rapidly and believes strongly that its people are the foundation of that success.
The Opportunity
If you naturally spot inefficient processes and love solving them, this is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape automation across the entire business.
You’ll work with stakeholders from day one, identifying opportunities for improvement and building automated workflows using Power Platform, HubSpot, and a mix of modern SaaS tools. This role is ideal for someone proactive, self‑driven, and experienced in fast‑paced start‑ups or scale‑ups.
You’ll collaborate closely with both business and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into scalable, automated solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimise low‑code solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, HubSpot, JIRA, and Aircall
- Replace manual, spreadsheet‑driven tasks with automated digital workflows
- Integrate SaaS systems using APIs and native connectors
- Build AI‑driven tools and chatbots with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Support policy‑driven automation and configuration-based workflows
- Work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Produce documentation and ensure workflows are audit‑ready
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience with Power Platform and similar low-code SaaS automation tools
- CRM experience — HubSpot preferred, but others welcome
- Experience converting Excel‑based processes into automated workflows
- Understanding of core software development concepts
- Familiarity with AI tooling (e.g., Copilot Studio)
- Python experience (desirable but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident approach to stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience working in a start-up or smaller company environment
- A collaborative, humble, solutions-focused mindset
Benefits
- Up to £70,000 salary
- Hybrid working — 1 day per week in London
- Growth shares
- Annual performance bonus (cash + shares)
- 30 days’ holiday + UK bank holidays
- Private health cash plan
- 5% employee pension contribution (3% employer)
- Salary-sacrifice pension & nursery voucher scheme
- Employee assistance programme
