Xpertise is proud to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation in its search for a Solution Architect to lead the design and ongoing development of its software estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys setting strategic direction and delivering high-quality, future-ready systems. You will serve as the principal authority on solution design, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that all platforms are robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term objectives.

You will take full ownership of the design and implementation of systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and various integrations. Your responsibilities will include defining architectural principles and roadmaps, offering technical insight to support business requirements, mentoring the development team, and ensuring the smooth operation of software delivery pipelines. You will also play a key role in driving innovation, refining internal processes, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

·        Leading solution architecture efforts within a delivery-focused environment, ensuring alignment with strategic and technical objectives.

·        Applying deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement), Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

·        Mentoring and guiding development teams, conducting peer reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

·        Translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly technical solutions.

·        Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear technical insight and building strong working relationships.

Desirable Qualifications:

• TOGAF certification or equivalent architectural training.

• Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies.

• Experience with procurement frameworks and tendering processes.
