Discounted Insurance for Contractors

As a contractors on assignment, the majority of our end clients require you to have appropriate insurance in place. Therefore, Xpertise have partnered with Kingsbridge Insurance to offer our limited company contractors a discounted insurance product starting at £299.50 per year. This also ensures that you are suitably covered should an issue arise as a result of your work.

For these reasons, Xpertise now requires all contractors to hold valid insurance and in return, this product covers your business for:

  • £5m employers’ liability if applicable
  • £1m public liability
  • £1m professional indemnity insurance

With the continued scrutiny on IR35, having an insurance policy in place is also seen as a positive indicator of self-employment by HMRC, and helps demonstrate that you are operating as a legitimate business, rather than a disguised employee.

To receive this discount please contact Matthew Neal at Kingsbridge or call on 01242 809316.

You can also visit the Xpertise Kingsbridge website.
